Killin’ It Before Fillin’ It
Tomorrow I will be throwing out all of my self imposed eating rules and fill my belly with delicious food! Naturally I felt the need to kill it in the gym this morning. Today I did the Wednesday workout for Week 2 of my current StrongLifts Advanced cycle which included squats, standing overhead presses, and deadlifts plus I added weighted pull-ups and some barbell curls.
I feel like I’m ready for tomorrow’s eating marathon! I hope you get to the gym and get your lifting in and, as always…
