Have I mentioned I love starting the work week with a workout? I probably sound like a broken record, but getting to the gym first thing sets the tone for the week and day for me. This is the final week (9) in my current cycle of StrongLifts Advanced and today I did squats, bench presses, and Pendlay rows and later added dips, chin ups, and a five mile walk. As usual, I took my 5g of creatine upon waking up, and drank a can of Celsius for the caffeine boost and my BCAAs on the way to the gym. I use the BCAAs because I like to workout in a fasted state.
