Deadlift PR, Yes!

After neatly four years of StrongLifts-style workouts, I finally deadlifted three plates or 315lb.–that’s a PR for me! I can remember struggling to pull 175 lb.

DL-315Not much more for me to day today, plus it’s hard to type while I’m patting myself on the back :), so, as always…
