Food: October 27, 2015
I hit the road again for work again and, as usual, I felt some minor travel stress. I did an okay job on the eating front, somewhat following my version of Primal/Paleo eating. I had a long layover between flights and I used that time to walk around the airport and, as a result I exceeded my goal of walking 5 miles.
The rest of this week is very busy, so not sure I’ll be able to post much. In the mean time…
