Huge Eating Day
I woke up very early this morning (2:45am) so I only logged six hours of sleep. I caught an early flight for work this morning and travel always causes me some stress, although since I woke up so early I left the house early and didn’t have to worry about missing my flight.
The big news of the day was a huge calorie and carbohydrate intake. I ate about double the number of calories I normally would and this included a bunch of food not in line with my version of Primal/Paleo eating. I think my body decided to catch up from yesterday because I only ate an estimated 1300 cals and I had a great day (from a business perspective) and decided to celebrate with wine, fast food, and sugar!!!
I am ready for the weekend–as always…
