Rest Day – Paleo Eating Day
Woke up in a great mood, rested after a full night of sleep. I had plans to get some chores done around the house, but my body and mind needed rest, so I didn’t do too much today but rest. I stuck to my version of Primal/Paleo eating and did a good job of keeping the refined sugar, grains and processed food out of my diet today. I woke up in a ketogenic state as is my goal, and got back to a regular intermittent fasting routine eating my normal two meals: one around noon and one about 7pm. The jalapeno peppers are in high production in the hydroponic garden, so I made another huge and delicious batch of poppers–yum!
