Work Stress Stinks
Woke up early again feeling stress related to work. I am certainly not getting enough sleep. This, in turn, is causing me to not get to the gym and workout…an not working out makes the stress worse and not sleep well. It all compounds. I profess to be healthy but sometimes life gets in the way and I’m in a cycle where I am not practicing what I preach!
The good news is I stayed close to following my version of Primal/Paleo eating today. Very busy, so doing the intermittent fasting thing isn’t really difficult. I think the lack of physical activity plus staying away from sugar, grains, and processed food has really dropped my appetite and need for calories.
