Plenty O’ Saturated FAT

A great book–helped convince me saturated fat isn’t my enemy!

What do you get with a lunch of eggs and bacon and a dinner with french fries done in pure, grass fed beef tallow? Plenty of saturated fat! I’ll bet might make some of you out there squirm a bit and I don’t blame you! After all, my whole adult life it was drummed into my that fat, especially saturated fat, causes high cholesterol which would inevitably result in heart disease, but I no longer worry about saturated fat and cholesterol, it’s really an excess of bad carbs I’m trying to limit.

I caught up on more sleep and woke up feeling great! Got some work in the yard done including planting a lime tree and an avocado tree!
