Monday Is Back
Woke up with some Monday morning work stress. Not a great night of sleep, but I jumped into gear with a caffeine kick via my all-natural energy drink, Celsius.
Otherwise I had a decent day for eating, pretty much following my version of Primal/Paleo. Cobb salad for lunch and leftover cod with broccoli for dinner and some almonds and an apple for a snack in between. I continued my intermittent fasting routine and kept my eating inside about an eight hour window.
