I know I go on and on about how important sleep is to me, but I’m going to say it again! Last night I logged nearly 10 hours of sleep and I woke up ready to conquer the world. As I do every day, I used my Ketonix ketone breath analyzer to see if my body was still in a ketogenic state. I was quite curious because I estimate I had consumed well over 300g of carbohydrate yesterday, but the device showed me in ketosis despite the abundance of carbs.
My eating today was both bad (leftover Chinese for lunch) and good (a salad from Chipotle for dinner). On the exercise front, I finally made it to the gym, and also hit my walking goal as well!
