After a long week of work, working out, and lots of walking, today my mind and body needed rest! I have a fairly sizable blister due to my four walking sessions, each five miles, last week so I spent a bunch of time on the couch watching football.
After my daily dose of creatine and caffeine first thing, I stayed with my intermittent fasting ritual and kept my eating between about 1pm and 8:30pm. My ketosis streak is alive and well as I continue to keep my carb intake reasonable.
Speaking of ketosis, the author of Keto Clarity, Jimmy Moore, listed this blog in a recent post “25 New Paleo, Low-Carb & Health Blogs For November 2014” which is pretty cool! I highly recommend his book!
