Woke up today in a great mood, ready for another Tuesday. I’m on quite a roll as this morning showed me in ketosis again! This means I have kept myself in a ketogenic state, according to my Ketonix breath ketone analyzer since October 20th, or 15 days.

I started the day with 5g of creatine and jolted my brain into gear with a can of liquid energy, Celsius. I stayed with the intermittent fasting routine by whipping up a red smoothy using my (Vitamix) at noon and having some leftover smoked, pulled pork (I also made sure to take my daily vitamins). That kept me satisfied until my son and I returned home from swim practice and I grabbed yet another serving of that leftover pork paired with steamed broccoli drenched in Kerrigold, grass-fed butter seasoned with sea salt. While my son swam for two hours I took a a five mile stroll, so I felt like I could reward myself with a couple of squares of extra dark chocolate for dessert.

I’m looking forward to getting in a great workout first thing tomorrow morning so, as always…
