NFL Football All Day
Today’s major plan is to watch football and relax. I did manage to take the dog for a three mile walk before the 1pm NFL kickoffs–actually, I had to carry her most of the way as she is out of shape. I followed my morning ritual consisting of a ketosis test (which showed my body in a ketogenic state), taking my daily dose of creatine, and perking up with my all-natural energy drink, Celsius.
In keeping with my intermittent fasting ritual, I had my first meal around 1pm. I indulged in a snack of popcorn in the afternoon and then had a nice grilled steak with homemade french fries for dinner.
Fantastic football games on TV all day (if you are an NFL fan)–great day to decompress and gear up for Thanksgiving week. Hope your weekend included some leisure/stress relief and, as always…
