Out & About
Busy Thursday for me for work which caused me to be out of the house for lunch. I followed my normal intermittent fasting routine with a 5g dose of creatine first thing and a couple of large doses of caffeine throughout the morning via cans of Celsius and then waied until after noon to eat my first meal. I chose wisely for that meal in terms of following my version of the Primal/Paleo eating pattern with my favorite place to eat on the go: Chipotle!
Dinner was leftover chili again–still so delicious–and I will be sad when the pot is gone. I woke up today in ketosis and, with today’s low-carb consumption, I expect the same for tomorrow. The weekend is approaching, can’t wait! Hope the week is progressing to your satisfaction and, as always…
