Sunday Rest Day
Today I pretty much sat around and watched football. I started the day with my normal ketosis test, which showed my body in a ketogenic state, and my daily dose of creatine. I did have a few things to get done before football, so I drank a can of my preferred all-natural energy drink, Celsius, to get me moving.
In keeping with my intermittent fasting routine, I ate leftovers for lunch at around 1pm and then salad with leftover chicken for dinner.
