Return To Primal Eating
After a few days of “weekend” eating and drinking, today I tightened up my eating and returned to my Primal/Paleo eating pattern. Went to bed early and woke up full of energy and ready for a Monday workout. My keto test showed me maintaining a ketogenic state and despite some crazy eating over the weekend I’ve been able to keep my carbohydrate intake fairly low.
Per usual on workout days I took my 5g dose of creatine upon waking up and then charged up on caffeine and BCAAs on the way to the gym. I stayed with my practice of intermittent fasting and had my first meal around noon. For dinner I baked an acorn squash and stuffed it with grass-fed beef, red onion, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
