I took a couple of days off from posting entries in the food diary–needed to chill over the holiday weekend. Today I did a good job of sticking to my version of Primal/Paleo eating with a lunch of a grass-fed cheeseburger (no bun) and a green smoothy, and then a dinner of a grilled pork chop with steamed broccoli and cauliflower grits. Now I meant to make cauliflower rice, but I overdid the cauliflower in the Vitamix. By the way, the “grits” tasted great!
