Cheat Day – Pizza & Beer!

Needed to wake up early to get to a work thing, so I only clocked in 4.5 hours of sleep last night. I still woke up feel good except for the high work stress. The work thing was a breakfast meeting and then golf, so for the first time in a looooong time I did not practice intermittent fasting as I ate breakfast at 7:3oam.

babes-pizzaI had planned to “cheat,” also known by me as occasionally enjoying foods that don’t support my version of Primal/Paleo eating…like beer and pizza. I think we all have to “live a little” and indulging once in a while is not going to kill me.

Well, the long holiday weekend is here so, as always…

Be smart in the kitchen and a beast in the gym!
