Paleo-ish Eating

Woke up a little sleepy and stressed this morning–not enough sleep last night. Darn good thing I’ve got liquid energy, in the form of all-natural Celsius, to kick start my morning. :)

greensEggs, bacon, and a green smoothy (made with handfuls of home grown greens) for lunch, and chicken, baked potato and steamed broccoli for dinner. I managed a complete day of eating according to my version of Primal/Paleo–yay!

Feeling healthy today, hope you are too–as always…
