May Day, Friday

Ummm, it’s already May? Really? Woke up feeling less stress this morning–I think it being Friday had something to do with it.  😉 I ate a bunch of leftovers today that all followed my version of Primal/Paleo eating.

I’ve been sticking to my intermittent fasting routine and keeping my body in ketosis (despite some questionable food/drink choices lately)! I know when I test in a ketogenic state that I’m burning fat!

The weekend is here so, as always…
