Need More Sleep :(

I am not sleeping enough. I know how important sleep is, see this post, but I’m not following my own advice and I must start making getting to bed earlier. I use my FitBit One tracker to monitor sleep each night. Maybe this is why I’ve been mainlining Celsius for caffeine-fueled energy! :)

Otherwise I woke up in a good mood today and, other than some chips from Chipotle, I made good food choices that match up with my version of Primal/Paleo eating. Lunch featured a salad from Chipotle and I made a paleo favorite for dinner: Paleo Balsamic Chicken and Sausage. This is a dish is sooooooo tasty and super easy to make.


The weekend is just around the corner and I am looking forward to it so, as always…
