Yawn, I’m Sleepy!

Tracking sleep with this device is a powerful tool for me!

Less than six hours of sleep (according to my FitBit One tracker) last night! :( The alarm jolted me awake this morning and I, needless to say, I started the day dragging. When I’m getting the proper sleep I rarely use an alarm clock, my body just wakes up and I start the day refreshed. Lately I’ve been abusing my favorite, all-natural energy drink, Celsius, to overcome the lack of sleep. Not good!

When I’m not traveling for work, I prefer making my food at home but today both meals were takeout. I had smoked pork from a local BBQ joint for lunch and a rice bowl for dinner. In between the meals I had an evening workout and, as usual, I drank my pre-workout BCAAs on the way to the gym (I drink half on the way and half during the workout).

I’m looking forward to the weekend–as always…
