Finally Friday!

It’s been a long week and Friday is finally here! My wife returned yesterday from her trip–it’s good to have her home. :) I woke up completely exhausted due to lack of sleep as, according to my FitBit One tracker, I logged less than six hours last night–that’s horrible. :( I’ve been relying heavily on my all-natural energy drink, Celsius, to power me through this week–man, I love caffeine! :)

If you’ve been following along, I’ve have a pretty good week in terms of keeping my eating close to my version of a Primal/Paleo diet. My hope is nourishing my body with the right food and supplementing with the highest quality vitamins will help combat the stress and lack of sleep.

Since today is Friday, my son and I are doing our Friday splurge–Five Guys burgers and fries! Yum!
