Blah Kinda Day

Ever have one of those “Blah” kinda days? Felt like I was dragging all day. Maybe my lack of sleep is catching up with me? This is what my FitBit One tracker shows for sleep this month so far:

4-2-2015-sleep-featuredI need all the bars in this graph to be above the red line! 😀 But this isn’t going to happen anytime soon. :( Before my schedule changed I was able to get to bed earlier and come closer to my goal of at least eight hours a night–now, not so much.
Sleep is one of my key health factors! My FitBit One, really helps me understand my sleep, or lack there of, patterns–I find it quite valuable.
