Stress Stinks!

I am battling some stress this week–mostly work stress coupled with handling the kids solo while my wife is out of town on business. I am not getting enough sleep and I feel like the sleep I am getting isn’t quality sleep. This is a recipe for disaster for me and often times results in me getting sick. :( I am combating all this by trying hard to keep my diet clean by following my version of Primal/Paleo eating and avoiding sugar, grains, and processed food. I have also been very good about supplementing my food with my daily vitamins--sure hope this helps. :)

I executed my normal intermittent fasting routine by eating all my calories in about a 6.5 hour window today by having a protein shake with greens at about 3:15pm and then dinner at around 9:30pm.
