Messed Up Eating

I decided to throw in the towel and eat some junk today. :) The best diet is one that can be sustained over time and occasionally I need a break. This weekend was that break as I indulged in Girl Scout cookies and I ate a burger for dinner tonight with the bun.

Much like a booze hangover, I’ve had my binge, let’s see if I can get back on track tomorrow and the rest of the new work week–as always…

Be smart in the kitchen and a beast in the gym!
