Catching Up On Cals

Today my body decided it was time to grab a few more calories since intake the previous two says seemed a bit light. I employed intermittent fasting as usual with my first meal consumed at about 2:30pm and my second and final meal at about 9pm.

Woke up feeling good as I got over eight hour of sleep. I’m trying hard to get at least eight hours a night but my current schedule has made it tough lately. :(

The weekend is right around the corner! As always…
