Another Single Meal Day
Could it be…a second day in a row of only eating one real meal. Not intentional, just circumstances. Here is the great thing, I didn’t really eat until around 3pm, and I had no low blood sugar symptoms. You know, dizzy, headache, or loss of focus. Back when I was a sugar burner, if I didn’t eat every few hours I would often experience these symptoms and I would get “hangry!”
I love the freedom intermittent fasting brings to my life! Plus, it helps keep me lean with little effort.
