Eating Better–Sleep Needs Work!

Even though I didn’t get my eight hours of sleep, I woke up feeling pretty good. My eating pretty much followed my version of Primal/Paleo today and I had a wonderful green smoothie with lunch!

I have to make this post a quickie so,  as always…
