I’m Back After A Few Days Off
I flew up to Ohio last week to see relatives and take a few days off. It’s hard to believe I’ve been posting my food diary and workout log since late September pretty much every day–I needed a break!
For the most part I ate pretty clean and followed my version of Primal/Paleo as my mother eats the same way I do and she cooked for me–yum! We ate lots of great stuff from her garden, including home grown strawberries and kale. But…
There is always a “but,” right? A week ago my cousin took me to the Rush concert in Columbus where we chowed on chips and queso and I tried to drink all the booze in Ohio while prepping for the show 😀 I paid the price the following day, but I had a fantastic night!
Even though I had a few “cheat” meals, I’m going to try to get back on track and adhere to my tagline:
