One Meal Day

Wow! It’s June already??? Woke up feeling great as I got my desired eight hours of sleep. Very busy day in which I ended up eating a single meal in the evening (after my late afternoon workout). As I’ve mentioned before, one of the great benefits of keeping my body in a ketogenic state is the ability to function at a high level without the distraction of overpowering hunger or the symptoms of “low blood sugar,” like brain fog, lack of focus, dizziness and being downright “hangry.” :)
