Where Did This Week Go?

After some time off, the first solid week back always seems to scream by! I can’t believe it’s already Thursday. Where did this week go?

Felt pretty good this morning as my FitBit One tracker showed me finally getting a decent amount of sleep last night. My should is definitely healing, but I still have some pain. :( We shall see tomorrow how my workout goes…

My early morning ketosis test showed me maintaining my ketogenic state, which is great. I also maintained my intermittent fasting routine, keeping my “feeding window” between about 1pm and 8pm.

Looking forward to the upcoming weekend and FOOTBALL–as always…
