Back To The Routine

For me, today is the first “real” work Monday of 2015. I am looking forward to getting back to my preferred eating pattern, my version of Primal/Paleo, and getting back into my workout routine. I started my morning routine with my usual ketosis test and I am happy to report I tested positive which means my body is back in a ketogenic state! Yes!

Since today is a scheduled gym day, I took my daily 5g dose of creatine and then, on the way to the YMCA, drank my BCAAs along with my preferred, all-natural energy drink, Celsius, for a caffeine boost.

I also kept with my intermittent fasting routine, eating my first real meal after noon and my final meal about 8pm.

Routine is very important to me–decisions have the potential to cause me stress! Here’s to limiting stress in 2015 and, as always…

Be smart in the kitchen and a beast in the gym!
