Good and Bad…

Some days I have the best of intentions and then…well, my diet can go sideways. :) My first meal today pretty much hit my target, my version of Primal/Paleo, with a grass-fed beef patty smothered in leftover, homemade chili paired with a delicious, green smoothy (sponsored by Vitamix). By the way, sticking to my intermittent fasting ritual, I consumed this meal around noon. Here comes the bad…

By dinner time, I had the best of intentions..but…while getting my son dinner, his usually Friday burger (normally we do Five Guys, tonight was Jake’s Wayback), I indulged in a delicious burger myself. That’s two nights in a row of “bad” eating! :(

Trying to not stress too much about my less than stellar choices–no sense in beating myself up!

Looking forward to the weekend and the Super Bowl (which I will no doubt fall asleep before half time :) )–as always…
