If you’ve been following, this week has been crazy from a work perspective. Many meetings including dinners and some late nights. The result, five weekday nights where I failed to hit my sleep goals…check out this chart:
I feel very strongly about my need to get quality sleep (as I discuss in this post), so last night my body tried to catch up I believe I would have slept longer this morning but I needed to wake up to take my kids to their Saturday morning activities. I need to make sure I concentrate on getting my sleep back on track or I predict some sort of illness in my immediate future.
