Feet Up & Football

After the first working week of 2015, today I concentrated on no stress. Not have my sad Buccaneers in the NFL playoffs made watching football stress free. With no dog in the hunt I can just put my feet up and enjoy the playoffs.

I woke¬† up feeling good other than a little lingering pain in my right shoulder (due to a minor snowboard spill). I’m hopeful that, with a couple more days of rest, I will be full speed for Monday’s workout.

My ketosis test this morning showed me maintaining my preferred ketogenic state. The morning routine included taking my daily dose of creatine and I kick started the day with caffeine in the form of my favorite, all-natural energy drink, Celsius. I stayed with my intermittent fasting routine, eating my first meal around 1pm and my final meal before 8pm.
