Sunday Swim Meet

Up and on the road at 5am for the second day of my son’s weekend swim meet. Woke up a little tired, but not too bad. Another day where intermittent fasting certainly helped me keep my eating in line with my version of Primal/Paleo food choices as I was able to wait until early afternoon before eating my first meal of the day. I find it so liberating to not have to eat every two to three hours or suffer the discomfort of “low blood sugar” symptoms, like headaches and brain fog.

2-15-2015-featuredSunday is not a workout day for me, but I was able to take advantage of the spectacular Florida weather and do some walking in between my son’s races clocking 5.67 miles, according to my FitBit One activity monitor.
