I try to log everything that I eat (within reason). As you might imagine, this is not always easy and I am sure there are accuracy issues. However, the purpose an attempt for me to loosely correlate the amount and types of food I eat to my health and fitness. The other benefit is personal accountability--I am somewhat less likely to eat a box of doughnuts knowing the world can see it!
