Back To Primal/Paleo
I definitely woke up in a great mood after my FitBit One tracker showed me getting over ten hours of sleep. Seems like my body needed to catch up! I kept the ketosis streak alive (26 days) and my FitBit Aria scale showed I have shed the Thanksgiving pounds I gained, once again proving that when I stick to my version of the Primal/Paleo eating pattern and keep the carbs low, my weight and body fat % normalize.
Today’s diary is a great example of how I should eat most of the time. I started with my daily dose of creatine and drank a couple of cans of Celsius (yes, I’m addicted ) throughout the morning. I maintained my intermittent fasting ritual and broke my fast at noon. I had my normal meal from Chipotle for dinner: salad bowl, no rice, no beans, double carnitas, veggies, medium salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, and guac (yes, I know guac is extra ).
