Hotel Sleep

Sometimes sleeping in a hotel room can be bad and sometimes good. Last night I slept great–according to my FitBit One tracker I clocked almost ten hours of sleep. Nice. Woke up in a great mood, took my daily 5g dose of creatine, and tested in ketosis. I have now tested in a ketogenic state for 30 days in a row! I stayed with my normal intermittent fasting routine, eating my first meal at about 1:30pm.

I was able to take advantage of the breaks during the meeting to get my daily walking in and ended up clocking 14, 332 steps or 6.67 miles.
