I rarely sleep past 5am and usually wake up without an alarm. Not this morning! According to my FitBit Surge, I slept until 6am and logged an impressive nine hours of sleep. That’s what I’m talkin’ about! I woke up feeling great–guess my body needed the rest.
In keeping with my habit of intermittent fasting, I ate my first meal around noon and then dinner at about 8:30pm. Both meals included leftovers, steak for lunch and bratwurst for dinner, and kept me following my version of Primal/Paleo eating.
I feel so much better when I eat the right stuff! Hope your week is going well and, as always…
