The title says it all! Eggs, bacon, steak–lots of protein and fat. Good carbs from a green smoothy and white potatoes. All my eating lined up with my version of Primal/Paleo eating.
Low/good carbs mean ketosis which means using my body fat as fuel. That’s how I stay lean!
