Sort Of Primal Monday Eats
Despite not getting a full eight hours of sleep, I woke up feeling good and in a great mood. I sort of followed my version of Primal/Paleo eating pattern with a nice salad for lunch and then leftover steak and asparagus for dinner. I did have the leftover pork lo mien from the weekend, and that doesn’t line up with my nutritional goals…oh well!
