Single Meal Saturday

Got a bunch of sleep last night and woke up feel refreshed and reduced stress levels. I went a little crazy yesterday by packing in an estimated 3,264 calories and, maybe not a big surprise, I wasn’t hungry until after my afternoon workout. But after pounding the weights I was ready to eat for sure!

I have been successful in returning my body to ketogenic state the last few days–it will be interesting to see if the massive carbohydrate load, an estimated 311g,  that came with the Chinese meal will put me out of ketosis when I test in the morning.
