Food: November 30, 2015

green-smoothy-featuredAs I mentioned yesterday, after a four-day holiday binge, I decided to make a concentrated effort to follow my version of Primal/Paleo eating. I did a good job today! As usual, I fasted until around noon and then had a big ‘ole green smoothie with some leftover turkey for lunch. Dinner consisted of a turkey, bacon, sour cream, and cheese loaded potato with steamed broccoli. My keto test showed this eating put me back into a ketogenic state, so I’m burning fat again!

I’m looking forward to staying strong and eating clean for a few weeks and seeing the results. As always…
